House and Pavilion Fees


  • WADSWORTH RESIDENTS groups/events $200/per day + $200 deposit
  • NON-WADSWORTH RESIDENTS groups/events $275/per day + $200 deposit
  • Wadsworth Nonprofit organizations may rent the house for meetings (not events) at a rate of $20/per day + $50 deposit
  • Pavilion Fees:       Wadsworth Residents $50           Non-Wadsworth Residents $75  
  • Please note that deposits are returned after your reservation as long as no damages occurred during your event.

Trolley Line House: The TROLLEY LINE HOUSE RESERVATION PERMIT must be submitted and approved before your reservation is confirmed. Please submit the permit to Brittney Moore at bmoore@wadsworthcity.org. We require at least TWO weeks before your reservation date to approve your permit.
