The paving and the new culvert construction over Holmesbrook Creek has been finished, and College Street between Trease and Leatherman Road was reopened for traffic on November 8; however, there are still a few items left to complete. The final restoration and punchlist items remain. Due to the amount of rain received these past few months, the final grading and seeding of the slopes and the disturbed areas will take place in the spring.
Many thanks to our contractor Kent’s Excavating along with the City’s Engineering, Police, Electric, Water, Parks, Street, and Traffic Signal Departments for their hard work and for finishing this project as quickly as possible. We appreciate the patience and understanding of the Wadsworth community during the timeline of this project.
