Luke earned his Associate Degree in Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from West Virginia State University in 1997.  Prior to working for the City of Wadsworth Engineering Department, Luke had worked for twelve years in construction and five years in accounting. He began employment with the City in 1998 and has held his current position since 2001.
