Tom graduated from the University of Akron in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He then went on and continued his education to obtain his survey license.  He has been working with the City of Wadsworth since 1983.  Tom specializes in working with engineering design, construction, inspection, surveying, and management of public and private developments, utilities and infrastrucutre.
