Larry graduated from Youngstown State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.  He followed with classes at the University of Akron to obtain education requirements for his survey license.  He has worked for the City of Wadsworth since 1993 as the Civil Engineer I, II, and III, and was appointed to the Assistant City Engineer in 2005.
