POLICY

Each organization that works closely with the City of Wadsworth shall file a copy of the following key documents with the City Auditor:

1. ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT

The Annual Financial Statement referred to in the Policy is the same documentation required by the IRS. If no such filing is required, the organization may submit whatever annual financial statements they have available reflecting the financial activity of the organization.

2. KEY PERSONS LIST

The Key Persons List should include the names and contact information for the financial officer or Treasurer, and those persons the organization would have communicate with City personnel on any general matter, should a need arise.

Organizations which either work closely with the City or make use of City Facilities or resources are subject to this Policy.

By participating the organizations will themselves provide a better service to those they serve and will enhance communications.
