The Director's office is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 120 Maple St. 

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.   Monday - Friday.

The Director of Public Service is responsible for the following divisions:

1. Municipal electric power supply and distribution .

2. Water distribution and collection and water treatment .

3. Wastewater collection and treatment .

4. Solid waste collection and disposal .

5. Utility billing.

6. Engineering.

7. Planning and code enforcement (building and zoning) .

8. Public buildings and park maintenance .

9. Construction, maintenance and repair of streets , storm drain and sidewalks.

10. Communications including cable television and internet services.
